Went to kitchen, boil the kettle for tea and heat the oven. Break an egg, separate the yolk and whisk with some vanilla and sugar. Voila! I got my egg wbite nice, fluffy and creamy. Pop it in the pre-heated oven for about 10mins... done!
Too bad I didn't have peaches to make it a pavlova. All I got is just longans. ahaha So meringue it is for tea.
