For the past few weeks, my life has been filled with foods foods and foods but less energy diverted towards work. Bummer!
Well today, I made myself kueh lenggang. A simple malay snack of pandan (screwpine leaves) flavoured crepe with dessicated coconut and palm sugar filling. I made it as my sweet to be served with my tagliatelle with prawns and chilli. So, I let the pictures speak for itself.

And, my neighbour and I also made ambuyat to show her Malaysian landlord how it is done. ehehhe. Good ey!
Had to improvise "chandas" with the use of modified chopsticks.
